Consent to Electronic Communication. 13.1 The Client consents and agrees that communications between the Client and the Company may be and ordinarily will be made via electronic media (email). Communications sent through the website or by electronic media shall be treated as satisfying any legal requirement that a communication should be signed and in writing, to the extent permitted by Applicable Regulations.
