Consent to Electronic Signatures. Client agrees that whenever an Eligible User clicks on an "I Agree", "I Consent" or other similarly worded "button" or entry field with a mouse, keystroke or any other means communicable via a computer device, the Eligible User's agreement or consent will be deemed to have been made on behalf of Client, and shall be legally binding and enforceable on Client.
