Consent to Modification Termination or Surrender. So long as any Mortgage remains in effect, this Agreement shall not be modified, and Landowner shall not accept a surrender of any of the Property or a termination or release of this Agreement by Lessee and any Assignee or Tenant prior to expiration of all periods described in Section 4 and Section 5.2, without the prior written consent of all Lenders.

  • TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION A. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m., June 30, 2023.

  • ALTERATION OF AGREEMENT A. It is hereby agreed that any alteration or modification of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties only if agreed to in writing by both parties.
