Common use of Consent to Press Release Clause in Contracts

Consent to Press Release. Landlord may, after the Lease is fully executed, issue a press release containing the following information: (i) Tenant’s name and the nature of Tenant’s business; (ii) the Term; (iii) the square footage leased and the Building name and location; (iv) the name of the brokers who represented Landlord and Tenant; and (v) such other general information as may be customarily included in similar press releases. Tenant hereby consents to such a press release.
