Telephone Data. (a) Landlord shall arrange with local telephone company for telephone service within the equipment room in the building core. (b) All telephone work and wiring in partitions, floors and ceilings to be paid for by Tenant and arrange for by Tenant with the telephone company or other qualified installer selected by Tenant but approved by Landlord. Landlord will coordinate work with other trades as required. All electrical load centers, special wiring and plywood, supplied for telephone equipment, shall be an extra cost to be paid by Tenant. Telephone and data wiring is to meet all prevailing codes. (c) Fibre optic capability is available on Route 22 to Tenant, at Tenant's expense.

Telephone Data. The building is designed to accommodate redundant incoming tel/data communication services (hard- wire or fiber-optic) from multiple competitive service providers. Tenants are responsible For making connection service, metering and billing arrangements with selected communication providers.
Telephone Data. 10.1 Pull string and trim ring at locations determined by Tenant. Entire cable plant will be contracted for directly between the Tenant and their vendor. 10.2 All necessary communications equipment is the responsibility of the Tenant and shall be located completely with Tenant space.
Telephone Data. During Landlord’s construction of Tenant’s build-out, Tenant and/or its employees, contractors and agents shall be entitled to enter the Demised Premises to install its telephone and data lines, at Tenant’s cost. Tenant’s entry into the Demised Premises during the construction period shall be at Tenant’s own risk and Landlord shall not be in any way liable for any injury incurred by any employee, agent or contractor of Tenant. Tenant’s entry shall be coordinated with Landlord and Landlord’s contractor, in order to optimize the timely and efficient completion of all work. All such telephone/data lines shall become fixtures and shall not be removed by Tenant at the expiration of the Lease.
