Consent to Registration. To have access to and from the Premises on foot only over the Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use. Subject to Clause 4.22, to use each of the following within the Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use: any service area for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Premises; [and] [the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from any service area that the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.2.1 of this Part of the Schedule; and] the service corridors and any goods lifts with or without trolleys to come and go between the Premises and any service area that the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.2.1 of this Part of the Schedule. When exercising this right, the Tenant must: give the Landlord at least [three] Business Days' prior notice (except in the case of emergency, when the Tenant must give as much notice as may be reasonably practicable); observe the Landlord's requirements (but where that includes being accompanied by the Landlord's representative the Landlord must make that representative available); cause as little interference to the operation and use of the Building as reasonably practicable; cause as little physical damage as is reasonably practicable; repair any physical damage that the Tenant causes as soon as reasonably practicable; where entering to carry out works, obtain the Landlord's approval to the location, method of working and any other material matters relating to the preparation for, and execution of, the works; remain on the Common Parts for no longer than is reasonably necessary; and where practicable, exercise this right outside the normal business hours of the Building.
