Consent to Use and Disclosure of Information by epost. You consent to epost preparing, using, and disclosing reports relative to the performance and/or operation of the epost Service, including statistical or performance reports and other analysis, compilation, and information about the epost Service or you, and reports that pertain to your involvement in and use of the epost Service.  You also consent to epost disclosing to us your specific data that consists of the total number of eBillers for which you have registered, without identifying those eBillers apart from us and our affiliates, and without identifying detailed data of your viewing activities.  You also acknowledge that the consents above are requirements of epost and if you withdraw these consents your participation in the epost Service may be terminated by epost.

To the extent that a party delegates any duties and responsibilities under this Agreement to an agent or other subcontractor, the party ensures that such agent and subcontractor are contractually bound to confidentiality terms consistent with the terms of this Section 11.
