You agree that Conexus may collect and use this personal information to make the INTERAC e-Transfer Services available to you (including to process INTERAC e-Transfers and Request Transfers). You also agree that we may share this personal information with other Participating Financial Institutions, with Interac, and with Interac’s suppliers and agents, for purposes of operating the INTERAC e-Transfer Services.

Use of Personal Information and Your Consent. Any personal information that we collect from you through the Member Profile Management Services will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policies. You agree that we may collect and use your personal information freely to make the Services described herein available to you, and in connection with your relationship with us.   • Protection of Personal Information Party agrees to comply with all applicable state and federal statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, or of any personally identifiable information (PII), including the Security Breach Notice Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2435, the Social Security Number Protection Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2440, the Document Safe Destruction Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2445 and 45 CFR 155.260. As used here, PII shall include any information, in any medium, including electronic, which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, such as his/her name, social security number, biometric records, etc., either alone or when combined with any other personal or identifiable information that is linked or linkable to a specific person, such as date and place or birth, mother’s maiden name, etc.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Issuer is collecting the Subscriber’s personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber acknowledges that its personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be included in record books in connection with the Offering and may be disclosed by the Issuer to: (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Issuer's registrar and transfer agent, (c) tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the PATRIOT Act (U.S.A.) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including the Issuer’s Counsel. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing the Note as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the nature and identity of such undisclosed principal, and any interest that such undisclosed principal has in the Issuer, all as may be required by the Issuer in order to comply with the foregoing. 10.2 Furthermore, the Subscriber is hereby notified that the Issuer may deliver to any government authority having jurisdiction over the Issuer, the Subscriber or this Subscription, including the SEC and/or any state securities commissions, certain personal information pertaining to the Subscriber, including the Subscriber’s full name, residential address and telephone number, the number of Shares or other securities of the Issuer owned by the Subscriber, the principal amount of Note purchased by the Subscriber, the total Subscription Amount paid for the Note and the date of distribution of the Note.

  • Authorization to Release and Transfer Necessary Personal Information The Grantee hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Grantee’s personal data by and among, as applicable, the Company and its Subsidiaries for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan. The Grantee understands that the Company may hold certain personal information about the Grantee, including, but not limited to, the Grantee’s name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number (or any other social or national identification number), salary, nationality, job title, number of Award Units and/or shares of Common Stock held and the details of all Award Units or any other entitlement to shares of Common Stock awarded, cancelled, vested, unvested or outstanding for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan (the “Data”). The Grantee understands that the Data may be transferred to the Company or to any third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan, that these recipients may be located in the Grantee’s country or elsewhere, and that any recipient’s country (e.g., the United States) may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Grantee’s country. The Grantee understands that he or she may request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the Data by contacting his or her local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator. The Grantee authorizes the recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the sole purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, including any requisite transfer of such Data to a broker or other third party assisting with the administration of Award Units under the Plan or with whom shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to the vesting of the Award Units or cash from the sale of such shares may be deposited. Furthermore, the Grantee acknowledges and understands that the transfer of the Data to the Company or to any third parties is necessary for the Grantee’s participation in the Plan. The Grantee understands that the Grantee may, at any time, view the Data, request additional information about the storage and processing of the Data, require any necessary amendments to the Data or refuse or withdraw the consents herein by contacting the Grantee’s local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator in writing. The Grantee further acknowledges that withdrawal of consent may affect his or her ability to vest in or realize benefits from the Award Units, and the Grantee’s ability to participate in the Plan. For more information on the consequences of refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent, the Grantee understands that he or she may contact his or her local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator.

  • Nonpublic Personal Information Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Sub-Adviser agrees on behalf of itself and its directors, shareholders, officers, and employees (1) to treat confidentially and as proprietary information of the Adviser and the Trust (a) all records and other information relative to each Fund’s prior, present, or potential shareholders (and clients of said shareholders) and (b) any Nonpublic Personal Information, as defined under Section 248.3(t) of Regulation S-P (“Regulation S-P”), promulgated under the Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (the “G-L-B Act”), and (2) except after prior notification to and approval in writing by the Adviser or the Trust, not to use such records and information for any purpose other than the performance of its responsibilities and duties hereunder, or as otherwise permitted by Regulation S-P or the G-L-B Act, and if in compliance therewith, the privacy policies adopted by the Trust and communicated in writing to the Sub-Adviser. Such written approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Adviser or the Trust and may not be withheld where the Sub-Adviser may be exposed to civil or criminal contempt or other proceedings for failure to comply after being requested to divulge such information by duly constituted authorities.

  • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Personal Information 23.1 Subject to any applicable laws, the Licensee authorises XXXXX to: 23.1.1 use any Personal Information that SAMRO for the purposes of processing, executing and administering the Agreement; calculating Licence Fees; collecting the Licence Fees; 23.1.2 informing the Licensee of any SAMRO news and information or information relating to the Agreement; 23.1.3 informing the Licensee of any amendment, Tariff amendment or General Amendment to this Agreement. 23.1.4 access the Licensees Personal Information from credit bureaux relating to the Licensees payment profile for purposes of financial risk assessment, fraud prevention and debtor tracing and that we may disclose the necessary Personal Information to any such credit bureaux. 23.1.5 obtain, capture store, process, analyse and use the Licensees personal information for SAMRO marketing purposes in relation to XXXXX’s business of managing its Repertoire.
