Consents and Estoppels of Third Parties. The Managing Members shall have obtained and delivered to AEGIS all third party consents required under Section 8.3 and shall have obtained and delivered to AEGIS the estoppels referred to in Section 8.4 hereof from LensCrafters, BW-3 and Keepsake Art and Craft and tenants occupying not less than 75% of the remaining leaseable area of the Improvements.

The proviso that the parties not be required to expend any significant amounts of money shall not be construed so as to limit the parties' responses to requests by Governmental Bodies for additional information or documentary material.
