Consequences Of Failure To Evaluate. In the event that a represented employee has not received a Performance Appraisal within forty-five (45) calendar days of the date the appraisal was due, the represented employee shall be entitled to receive a salary step or salary range advancement under Sections 5.5.3, 5.5.4 and 5.5.5 without Performance Appraisal evidence of satisfactory service. Salary advancements granted under this subsection shall be effective as described in Sections 5.5.3, 5.5.4 and 5.5.5.
