Common use of Consequences of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Force Majeure. (i) Provided the Affected Party has complied and continues to comply with the obligations of this Clause 15, and subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement to the extent performance thereof is prevented or impeded by the event of Force Majeure shall be suspended and the Parties shall not be liable for the non-performance thereof for the duration of the period of Force Majeure.

Consequences of Force Majeure. (i) Provided the Affected Party has complied and continues to comply with the obligations of this Clause 1514, and subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement to the extent performance thereof is prevented or impeded by the event of Force Majeure shall be suspended and the Parties shall not be liable for the non-performance thereof for the duration of the period of Force Majeure.

Consequences of Force Majeure. (i) Provided the Affected Party has complied and continues to comply with the obligations of this Clause 15, and subject to the further 16.3.1 Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, to the extent the Affected Party hereto is unable to perform any of its obligations of the Parties under this Agreement due to the extent performance thereof is prevented or impeded by the event of a Force Majeure Event then the Affected Party shall be suspended relieved from liability in respect of such obligations and the Parties shall not be liable for the non-entitled to suspend performance thereof for the duration of the period of Force Majeuresuch obligations in accordance with and subject to this Clause 16.3.

The Basic Term of this Agreement shall not be extended due to an event of Force Majeure.

(i) Provided the Affected Party has complied and continues to comply with the obligations of this Clause 15, Article 18 and subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement to the extent performance thereof is prevented or impeded by the event of Force Majeure shall be suspended and the Parties shall not be liable for the non-performance thereof for the duration of the period of Force Majeure The Term of this Agreement shall not be extended due to an event of Force Majeure.
