Demand Charge for delivery of less than MDQ. If a Force Majeure Event affecting ActewAGL occurs and prevents ActewAGL from performing its obligations to the User in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which ActewAGL was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which ActewAGL is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.

  • No Transmission Delivery Service The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide, any Transmission Service under the NYISO OATT, and does not convey any right to deliver electricity to any specific customer or Point of Delivery.
