Consequences of Non Default Termination. 23.5.1 The RoL shall have no liability to the PCO or the Strategic Investor as a consequence of the termination of this Concession Agreement in accordance with this Clause 23 (Non-Default Termination) other than its liability to the Strategic Investor (as a Shareholder) pursuant to Clauses 23.4 (RoL Call Option on Non- Default Termination) and 25 (RoL's third party rights under the Shareholders' Agreement) or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
