Consequences of non-operationalization. 14.1.1 The permission holder shall operationalise the radio station within three months of the signing of the agreement failing which the permission granted may be revoked after affording an opportunity of being heard. The permission holder shall also forfeit the bank guarantee to the Grantor if the Permission holder fails to commission the radio station within the stipulated period.
Consequences of non-operationalization. 15.1.1 The Permission Holder shall operationalise the teleport as per the time limit laid down in clause 4.3 of this Agreement; failing which the Permission is liable to be withdrawn, after affording an opportunity of being heard.
