Consequences of non-operationalization. 14.1.1 The permission holder shall operationalise the radio station within three months of the signing of the agreement failing which the permission granted may be revoked after affording an opportunity of being heard. The permission holder shall also forfeit the bank guarantee to the Grantor if the Permission holder fails to commission the radio station within the stipulated period.
