Consequences of Nondisclosure or Misrepresentation of Income. If Tenant misrepresents, fails to disclose, or fails to disclose in a timely manner pertinent information affecting the Tenant’s net household income, Tenant shall pay to LHA any rent which should have been paid but for Xxxxxx’s misrepresentation or nondisclosure, and any applicable interest for the period of nonpayment. Such misrepresentation or nondisclosure shall also constitute cause for termination of this lease and eviction if the consequent underpayment of rent was 10% or more of the monthly rent which should have been paid.

Consequences of Nondisclosure or Misrepresentation of Income. 1. If the household has received an interim rent reduction, it must report the first increase in income and/or decreased childcare or medical expenses – whatever previously caused the rent reduction- to CHA within 14 days of its occurrence. Failure to report such an increase within 14 days results in retroactive rent changes and possible lease termination.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE; SECURITY BREACH REPORTING 2.1 For purposes of this Contract, confidential information will not include information or material which (a) enters the public domain (other than as a result of a breach of this Contract); (b) was in the receiving party’s possession prior to its receipt from the disclosing party; (c) is independently developed by the receiving party without the use of confidential information; (d) is obtained by the receiving party from a third party under no obligation of confidentiality to the disclosing party; or (e) is not exempt from disclosure under applicable State law.

  • Financial Consequences for Nonperformance The State reserves the right to withhold payment or implement other appropriate remedies, such as contract termination or nonrenewal, when the Contractor has failed to perform under or comply with the provisions of this contract. When or if the Contractor fails to perform or comply with provisions of this contract, the Contractor has ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Complaint to Vendor Form (PUR 7017) to comply as instructed within the notice. An amount of $500.00 may be assessed for each day the Contractor is delinquent after the ten (10) day notice period ends, and that amount may be withheld from a Contractor’s invoice. The rights and remedies of the State in this paragraph are not considered penalties and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law.
