Common use of Consequences of Termination on Notice by the Province Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Termination on Notice by the Province. If the Province terminates this Agreement pursuant to section A13.1 of Schedule “A” of this Agreement, the Province may take one or more of the following actions: (a) Direct that the Recipient does not incur any costs for the Project that are Eligible Costs under this Agreement without the Province’s prior written consent; (b) Cancel any further installments of the Funds; (c) Demand the repayment of any Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient; and (d) Determine the reasonable costs for the Recipient to wind down the Project, and do either or both of the following:

If the Province terminates this Agreement pursuant to section A13.1 A14.1 of Schedule “A” of this Agreement, the Province may take one or more of the following actions: (a) Direct that the Recipient does not incur any costs for the Project that are Eligible Costs under this Agreement without the Province’s prior written consentconsent during the notice period set out under section A14.1 of Schedule “A” of this Agreement; (b) Cancel any further installments of the Funds; (c) Demand the repayment of any Funds Funds, plus any Interest Earned thereon, remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient; and (d) Determine the reasonable costs for the Recipient to wind down the Project, and do either or both of the following:
