Consequences of Termination Where No Appropriation. If the Province terminates the Agreement pursuant to section A12.1, the Province may take one or more of the following actions: (a) cancel further instalments of Funds; (b) demand from the Recipient the payment of any Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient; and (c) determine the reasonable costs for the Recipient to wind down the Project and permit the Recipient to offset such costs against the amount owing pursuant to section A12.2(b).
Consequences of Termination Where No Appropriation. If the Province terminates this Agreement pursuant to section A14.1 of Schedule “A” of this Agreement, the Province may take one or more of the following actions: (a) Cancel any further installments of the Funds; (b) Demand the repayment of any Funds plus any Interest Earned on the unspent Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient; and (c) Determine the reasonable costs for the Recipient to wind down the Project and permit the Recipient to offset such costs against the amount owing pursuant to section A14.2(b) of Schedule “A” of this Agreement.
