Calculation of Unit Prices Unit Prices include all sums for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, xxxx, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, or injury. Unit prices to cover the addition or reinstallation of stormwater management BMPs shall be calculated by type and linear foot. Unit Prices shall not include any Time Dependent Overhead Costs, as such costs will be added as appropriate pursuant to Section 3, Part 3. The Contractor shall certify that the Unit Prices submitted do not exceed current costs in the industry or trade for like services or materials.
Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.
Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.
Unit Pricing If required by the Bid Specifications, the Bidder should insert the price per unit specified and the price extensions in decimals, not to exceed four places for each item unless otherwise specified, in the Bid. In the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall govern unless, in the sole judgment of the Commissioner, such unit pricing is obviously erroneous.
PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage. EXAMPLE: You need special materials that are not in the RS Means Unit Price Book for a project. You would buy the materials and mark them up to the TIPS Member customer by the percentage you propose in this question. If the materials cost you, the contractor, $100 and you proposed a markup on this question for the material of 30 percent, then you would charge the TIPS Member customer $130 for the materials.
ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.
Allocation of Purchase Price (a) No later than sixty (60) days after Closing or within a reasonable time thereafter as agreed by Sellers and Purchaser, Purchaser shall prepare and deliver to Sellers a proposed allocation of the Purchase Price (plus the Assumed Liabilities and any other Liabilities deemed assumed by the Purchaser for U.S. federal income Tax purposes) among the Transferred Assets which shall be prepared in a manner consistent with Section 1060 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) (the “Proposed Allocation Schedule”). After receipt of the Proposed Allocation Schedule from Purchaser, the Sellers shall have fifteen (15) days to review the Proposed Allocation Schedule. The Proposed Allocation Schedule will be considered final and binding on the Parties unless Sellers communicate to Purchaser objections to the Proposed Allocation Schedule (an “Allocation Dispute Notice”). Sellers and Purchaser shall, within ten (10) days (or such longer period as Sellers and Purchaser may agree in writing) following delivery of an Allocation Dispute Notice (the “Allocation Resolution Period”), attempt in good faith to resolve their differences and prepare a final allocation schedule that is acceptable to both Sellers and Purchaser. If Sellers and Purchaser are unable to completely resolve any such differences within such ten (10) day period, the unresolved issues (the “Allocation Dispute”) shall be resolved by the Accounting Firm in accordance with Section 1.5(b) (once so resolved, the “Final Allocation Schedule”), subject to approval by the Bankruptcy Court. Purchaser and Sellers shall file all Tax Returns (including amended returns and claims for refund) and information reports in a manner consistent with the Final Allocation Schedule and shall not take any position for Tax purposes (including on IRS Form 8594 or in any audit or other examination or proceeding relating to Taxes) inconsistent with this Section 1.5 unless required to do so by applicable Law.
Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.
RISK CONSIDERATION There are no significant risks associated with the recommendations contained within this report. This application may be considered under existing MPS policies. Community Council has the discretion to make decisions that are consistent with the MPS, and such decisions may be appealed to the N.S. Utility and Review Board. Information concerning risks and other implications of adopting the proposed development agreement are contained within the Discussion section of this report. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPLICATIONS No environmental implications are identified.
The Price 1. During the period of validity indicated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services being offered will not be increased, except for price changes in VAT-tariffs.
