Consignment Agreement. As of the Closing Date, the Consignment Agreement shall be in full force and effect and shall have been executed by all Store Guarantors.

Consignment Agreement. BAPM and the Company and certain of its Subsidiaries shall have entered into and delivered the Consignment Agreement having terms and provisions reasonably satisfactory to the Agent. The Consignment Intercreditor Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by the parties thereto and shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
Consignment Agreement. Prior to delivering any of the Artists' works for display in the Gallery (the “Artists' Works”), the Curator shall execute and deliver a consignment agreement to Galatea on the form attached hereto (the “Consignment Agreement”). The Consignment Agreement shall set forth the durational term for exhibition of each Artist’s Work (the “Exhibition Term”) and the sales prices for each Artist’s Work (the “Sales Price”). The Curator shall be responsible for ensuring that the Consignment Agreement is delivered to Galatea. If the Consignment Agreement is not delivered by the Curator, Galatea shall have the right to select Sales Prices for the Artists' Works.
