Exhibition Term definition

Exhibition Term means the period commencing May 29, 1999 and expiring on September 7, 1999.
Exhibition Term means the period commencing December 31, 1998 and expiring on April 30, 1999.
Exhibition Term means the period commencing November 27, 1996 (or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties) and expiring on March 31, 1997.

  • The representations, warranties, indemnification, and confidentiality provisions set forth in this Agreement shall be continuing and shall survive the expiration of the Exhibition Term.

  • During and after the expiration of the Exhibition Term, Galatea shall be entitled to its 30% commission upon the sale of any Artist’s Work to a Buyer that was introduced to that Artist’s Work by Galatea, or for the sale of any other work by the Artist that results from a direct referral from Galatea.

  • The Curator shall be solely responsible for the shipping and delivery of the Artists' Work to Galatea in advance of the Exhibition Term and for the cost of shipping and delivery of the Artists' Work when removing the Artists' Work from the Gallery.

  • The Curator shall be responsible for removing the Artists' Works at the end of the Exhibition Term.

  • Any remaining inventory of RMST Merchandise at the expiration of the Exhibition Term shall be the sole property of RMST, and Nauticus shall have no obligation to make any payment for the costs of such goods.

  • Galatea shall receive a commission for the sale of Artists' Works during the Exhibition Term in an amount equal to thirty percent (30%) of the gross receipts from such sale (excluding sales tax).

  • Subject to the foregoing, RMST's share of Sponsorship Revenue shall be remitted to RMST within seven (7) days of the end of the Exhibition Term or Nauticus' recoupment of such $500,000 from Ticket Revenue and Merchandising Revenue, whichever is earlier.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the rights of either party to solicit, before, during and after the Exhibition Term, sponsors for its exhibition activities apart from the Exhibition, and both parties expressly acknowledge that neither party shall have any right to share in any sponsorship revenues derived from either party's other exhibition activities.

  • Nothing in this contract shall prohibit the Artist from showing other works in any other venue or the Artist’s Works in any other venue outside the Exhibition Term.

  • The Artist shall be solely responsible for the shipping and delivery of the Artist’s Work to Galatea in advance of the Exhibition Term and for the cost of shipping and delivery of the Artist’s Work when removing the Artist’s Work from the Gallery.

Related to Exhibition Term

  • Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Exhibition means the exhibition stated on the Application Form.

  • Academic term means a division of the school year during which a course of studies is offered, and includes a semester, quarter, or single consolidated summer term as defined by the institution.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Work period means the period specified in a Plan when an employee is at work.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Exhibition Stand means a stand including a custom-built stand referred to in clauses 11 to 17 and 20 to 23 of the Conditions.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Recapture Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the last date that a Project owned by the Company is Placed in Service.
