Face to Face. In-person synchronous instructional mode where faculty and students are scheduled to be in the same physical location. Modality or mode: The format or manner in which instruction is delivered. Online: This form of instruction does not involve face-to-face/in-class learning. It may include asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, or both. Synchronous online: This form of online instruction entails the use of live, two-way communication among and/or between students and faculty in a scheduled or “fixed” point(s) of time(s). This may include live video platform meetings (e.g., Zoom) for the whole class or smaller groups to meet. Unit Member- an employee of the Employer occupying a position as defined in Article I and as delineated in Article I- Appendix A. Face to Face. Strathos Capital will not typically accept instructions face to face at Strathos Capital’s Registered Office. However, Strathos Capital may at its discretion allow an Authorised User to request Strathos Capital to accept Instructions, enter into Contracts and make financial dealings by physically visiting Strathos Capital’s Registered Office. The Client acknowledges and agrees that upon the Acceptance by Strathos Capital of the Authorised User’s Instructions, the Client shall be bound by those Instructions.

This requirement includes spoken languages, Sign Supported English, British Sign Language, Finger Spelling, Notetaking and Speech to Text Operators, Lip Speaking, Deafblind Communicators, and other sign languages. The requirement also includes conference interpreting. This service could be required at any location in the United Kingdom and abroad, within a range of timescales ranging from the very short (e.g. within half an hour) to the moderately long (e.g. days / weeks). This requirement does not include telephone interpretation. This requirement does not include written translation. Language specialisms are likely to include, but not be limited to, legal, medical, pharmaceutical, financial, IT, media, trauma, children, mental health, transportation, engineering, procurement, marketing, housing, benefits, immigration, defence, security, technical and government (central and local).
