CONSISTENCY WITH THE LAW. If any provision of this agreement between the Board and the Association shall be found contrary to law by court decision or SERB, then such provision or application shall not be deemed to be valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. In the event that an article(s) is voided through a legal declaration, the issue(s) may be renegotiated at any time if there is mutual agreement to do so by the Board and the Association.
CONSISTENCY WITH THE LAW. Any provision of the Article that is inconsistent with Federal or State laws or regulations governing the education of students with disabilities shall be null and void.
CONSISTENCY WITH THE LAW. 2.4 If any provision of this Agreement or any application of this Agreement to any employee is held to be contrary to law, then such provision or application will not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications will continue in full force and effect.
