Consistent with Agreement. These provisions shall not be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

Consistent with Agreement. The Operating Agreement shall acknowledge this Agreement, be consistent with this Agreement, and require RAC and the other On-Airport Rental Car Companies to comply with the terms of this Agreement or such other Agreements. The Operating Agreement shall require the On-Airport Rental Car Companies to give notice to the State of any default by RAC thereunder and provide the State with the option to elect to cure any such default within a period commensurate with any cure period given to RAC under the Operating Agreement. In addition to the foregoing, the Operating Agreement shall prohibit the On-Airport Rental Car Companies from paying any amounts owed thereunder which have been assigned to the State more than thirty (30) days in advance and shall be expressly subordinated to this Agreement.
