4.8.1 a modification notice; and
4.8.2 a notice of determined requisite adaptations or a notice of consent to requisite adaptations (as the case may be), the Station Facility Owner shall prepare and send to the Beneficiary, the Office of Rail Regulation and the Secretary of State a copy of this Agreement as so modified.
