Consolidated Interest Expense Ratio Sample Clauses

Consolidated Interest Expense Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Interest Expense Ratio, calculated as at the end of such fiscal quarter for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then ended, to be less than 3.25 to 1.00. Each of the Consolidated Leverage Ratio, Consolidated Secured Leverage Ratio and Consolidated Interest Expense Ratio shall be calculated for purposes of this Section 7.1 on a Pro Forma Basis.

  • Consolidated Interest Expense With respect to any period, without duplication, (a) total Interest Expense of REIT and its Subsidiaries determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP for such period, plus (b) such Person’s Equity Percentage of Interest Expense of its Unconsolidated Affiliates for such period.

  • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the ratio of (i) Consolidated EBITDA to (ii) Consolidated Cash Interest Expense for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters to be less than 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.
