Consolidated Senior Debt Leverage Ratio. Maintain a Consolidated Senior Debt Leverage Ratio as of the end of each month that is not greater than the ratio shown below for the circumstances corresponding thereto: (i) At any time that the amount of Permitted Purchase Money Debt outstanding is not greater than $7,500,000, a ratio of 3.00 to 1.00; and (ii) At any time that the amount of Permitted Purchase Money Debt outstanding is greater than $7,500,000, a ratio of 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.

  • Senior Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall not permit its Senior Leverage Ratio at any time to exceed 2.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Leverage Ratio to exceed 4.50 to 1.0 on the last day of any Fiscal Quarter.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Cash Flow Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
