Consolidation of Duties. County reserves the right to consolidate the duties of the County Program Director, which duties are enumerated in Paragraph 3.1 (County Program Director), and the duties of the County Program Manager, which duties are enumerated in Paragraph 3.2 (County Program Manager), into one County position, and to assign all such duties to one individual who will act as County’s liaison in all matters relating to this Agreement. County will notify Contractor no later than five (5) days prior to exercising its rights pursuant to this Paragraph 3.3.
