Consortium Plan. The data research and analytics activities contemplated by the Consortium, including the Data to be collected, are further detailed in the plan adopted by Solutions and attached hereto as Exhibit B, as amended by Solutions from time to time (the “Consortium Plan”). The Parties agree to collaborate in the furtherance of the Project. Each Party shall use reasonable efforts to carry out in a diligent manner those parts of the Project allocated to it in accordance with this Agreement and the Consortium Plan. Each Party shall obtain and maintain all relevant ethics and other approvals as may be relevant for its participation in the Project.
Consortium Plan. All employees shall be enrolled in the Consortium Plan. Consortium Plan coverage and benefits shall be at the Traditional Plan levels except as otherwise provided herein or in the Plan Document. Consortium Plan Medical Providers shall be restricted to those hospitals, physicians, and other care providers designated in the plan as developed by the City in conjunction with the Cost Containment Committee. However, the schedule of benefits shall not be diminished. There shall no longer be a Traditional Plan or HMO Plan option.
Consortium Plan. Consortium Plan means the description of the action and the related agreed budget as first defined in the Grant Agreement and which may be updated by the General Assembly of the Project. To be noted that Article 4.2 of H2020 general model Grant Agreement states that the estimated budget may be adjusted by transfers of amounts between Parties or between budget categories (or both) without an amendment of the Grant Agreement. As minor modifications are frequently necessary during the project, particularly minor budget shifts, and do not have to result in changes of the Grant Agreement, the Consortium Plan is the dynamic instrument to track them and will be updated when needed or on a regular basis. Therefore, the Consortium Plan is the formal outcome of the regular process of decision making inside the Consortium as laid down in this Consortium Agreement. As such it is not a formal annex to the Grant Agreement.
Consortium Plan. Consortium Plan means the description of the work including the detailed specifica- tion of all internal and external deliverables and the detailed allocations of task (see Attachment 7) and the related agreed Consortium Budget, including the payment schedule, as updated annually and approved by the General Assembly.
