CONSTRUCTION -- ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. 2.6.1 The Consultant's responsibility to provide Basic Services for the Construction under this Agreement commences with the award of the Contract for Construction and terminates upon completion of the Consultant’s obligation pursuant to Article 1.1.4. 2.6.2 The Consultant shall provide administration of the Contract for Construction as set forth in the Agreement between CCPRC and the Contractor. The Consultant shall prepare written minutes of project meetings held pursuant to Article 4.5 of the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction.
