Construction and Governing Law. Construction and interpretation of this Agreement shall at all times and in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Employee acknowledges that s/he has had an opportunity to review and revise this Agreement and have it reviewed by legal counsel, if desired, and, therefore, the normal rules of construction, to the extent that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party, shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement.
