Common use of Construction and Installation Schedule Clause in Contracts

Company will submit a schedule depicting the estimated time required to complete each phase of the construction and installation of the displays and improvements called for in the final plans. All improvements and displays installed by Company in the Premises will be of high quality, safe, and fire resistant materials. All plans and specifications for the improvements, displays and equipment constructed or installed by Company, its agents, or subcontractors, will conform to all applicable statutes, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations. Company will obtain, at its own expense, all necessary building permits.
