Construction Bid Evaluation and Recommendation of Construction Contract Awards: Review and evaluate the Department’s submitted competitive construction Bids for the Project. Based on the Professional firm’s review of the competitive construction Bids and the qualified construction Bidders, provide the Department with a written recommendation for the apparent lowest responsive, responsible qualified construction Bidder for the Project Construction Contract award(s) within five (5) business days of the date of the Department’s construction Bid opening.
