Common use of CONSTRUCTION BY OWNER Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION BY OWNER. 6.1 The Owner has the right to perform construction work related to the Project with the Owner’s own employees, or by contracting with other individuals or entities. The Owner shall be responsible for coordination of activities of Owner’s own employees or of any separate contractors, with the Work performed by the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager shall cooperate or participate with any separate contractor and the Owner in reviewing and coordinating construction schedules.
