Construction Completion. Upon notification from the Contractor that the project is complete, All South’s project team will conduct a Final Inspection in conjunction with DOTD. Final Acceptance can be granted upon successful completion of the Final Inspection and concurrence from all stakeholders. CE&I Task 5: Post-Construction Activities Post-Construction activities include gathering all documentation into acceptable submittal formats. All South will follow DOTD’s Construction Closeout checklist, and will compile all required field books, As-Built plans, project diaries, correspondence, and final acceptance documents. A draft project schedule is included below. A sample construction execution date was used for scheduling purposes. Schedule may be adjusted based on contractor’s ability to perform work.
