Construction Contract Documents. The Construction Contract Documents consist of the Owner-Contractor or Owner-CM at Risk Agreement, Advertisement, Instructions to Bidders, Bidding Documents, Contract Forms, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Plans, Technical Specifications, all addenda issued prior to execution of the Construction Contract, and other documents approved after execution of the Owner-Contractor or Owner-CM at Risk Agreement relating thereto. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK or CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES or CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK DELIVERY METHOD or CM at RISK DELIVERY METHOD - a construction method described in CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT at RISK FIRM or CM at RISK – the individual, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, joint stock company, joint venture or other entity with whom the Owner has contracted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149A, §§ 6 & 7, to provide Construction Management at Risk Services.
