Construction Contract for Interior Improvements. The Interior Improvements shall be constructed, in conformance (except as provided above) with the Final Interior Plans approved by Landlord and Tenant and Tenant shall within a reasonable period thereafter enter into a contract with the Prime Contractor to construct said Interior Improvements. A copy of said executed contract shall be provided to Landlord immediately thereafter.
