The OWNER agrees to compensate the ENGINEER for Construction Engineering Services under ARTICLE I, Section 2 of this Agreement in accordance with the "Schedule of Labor Rates and Expenses" shown in Appendix A attached to this Contract. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES. WMC will provide construction administrative services as may be requested by the City of Stamford, including review of contractor submittals, inspection and administrative services. The scope of services and fees for these tasks will be negotiated at the completion of the design phase of the project.
