Schedule for Rendering Services. A. Engineer shall complete its Services within the following specific time period: See Attachment A. If no specific time period is indicated, Engineer shall complete its Services within a reasonable period of time.
B. If, through no fault of Engineer, such periods of time or dates are changed, or the orderly and continuous progress of Engineer's Services is impaired, or Engineer's Services are delayed or suspended, then the time for completion of Engineer's Services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer's compensation, shall be adjusted equitably.

Specific periods of time for rendering Services, if any, or specific dates by which Services are to be completed, if any, are set forth in Exhibit B, and the Parties hereby agree such periods of time or specific dates are reasonable.
3.3 If Owner authorizes changes in the scope, extent, or character of the Project, then the time for completion of Engineer’s Services, and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation shall be adjusted equitably.
3.4 If the Engineer is hindered, delayed or prevented from performing under the Agreement as a result of any act or neglect of the Owner (or those for whom the Owner is responsible) or force majeure, the time for completion of the Engineer’s work shall be extended by the period of the resulting delay and the rates and amounts of Engineer’s compensation shall be adjusted equitably. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to acts of God, wars, terrorism, strikes, labor walkouts, fires, natural disasters, or requirements of governmental agencies.

Engineer is authorized to begin rendering services as of the Effective Date.
4.2 Engineer shall complete its obligations within a reasonable time. Specific periods of time and/or completion dates for rendering services are set forth in Exhibit C, "Project Schedule”, and are hereby agreed to be reasonable.
4.3 If, through no fault of Engineer, such periods of time or dates are changed, or the orderly and continuous progress of the Project is impaired, or Engineer’s services are delayed or suspended, then the time of completion of services and the rates and amounts of compensation shall be adjusted equitably.
4.4 If Owner requests modifications or changes in the scope, the period of service and the rates and amount of compensation for Engineer’s services shall be adjusted equitably.
