Construction; Governing Law. The headings used in the table of contents and in this Loan Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute a part hereof. All uses herein of any gender or of singular or plural terms shall be deemed to include uses of the other genders or plural or singular terms, as the context may require. All references in this Loan Agreement of an Article or section shall be to an Article or section of this Loan Agreement, unless otherwise specified. This Loan Agreement, the Promissory Note, the Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
