Construction Hours. Hours of construction will be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and, if necessary, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. From time to time, it may be necessary for the Utility to perform work on the Project outside of the hours of construction. The Utility will notify the Local Governments no later than seven (7) days in advance of such work.
