Common use of Construction Inspector Report Clause in Contracts

Construction Inspector Report. A report or written confirmation from the Construction Inspector satisfactory in form and content to the Majority Banks, dated or updated not more than three months prior to the inclusion of such Real Estate in the Collateral, addressing such matters as the Majority Banks may reasonably require, including without limitation that the Construction Inspector has reviewed the plans and specifications or other available materials for all Buildings on the Real Estate, that the condition of the Buildings is good, that all Buildings were constructed and completed in a good and workmanlike manner, that the Buildings satisfy all applicable building, zoning, handicapped access and Environmental Laws applicable thereto, and whether or not the Real Estate and the Buildings thereon are a conforming use under applicable zoning laws.
