Common use of Construction Inspector Report Clause in Contracts

Construction Inspector Report. The Agent shall have received a report or written confirmation from the Construction Inspector that (a) the Construction Inspector has reviewed the Plans and Specifications, (b) the Plans and Specifications have been received, reviewed and approved by each Governmental Authority to which the Plans and Specifications are required under applicable Requirements to be submitted, (c) the Construction Contract satisfactorily provides for the construction of the Improvements, and (d) in the opinion of the Construction Inspector, construction of the Improvements can be completed on or before the Completion Date for an amount not greater than the amount allocated for such purpose in the Project Budget.
