Common use of Construction Inspector Report Clause in Contracts

Construction Inspector Report. The Lender shall have received a report or written confirmation from the Con­struction Inspector that (a) the Construction Inspector has reviewed the Plans and Specifications, (b) the Plans and Speci­fications have been received and approved by each Governmental Authority to which the Plans and Specifications are required under applicable Requirements to be submitted, (c) the Construc­tion Contract satisfactorily provides for the construction of the Improvements, and (d) in the opinion of the Construction Inspec­tor, construction of the Improvements can be completed on or before the Completion Date for an amount not greater than the amount allocated for such purpose in the Project Budget.
