Construction & Maintenance Requirements. 4.1. G enerally. The Company agrees to exercise its right described in § 2.3 above in accordance with the standards of work and operation as set forth in this § 4 and Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. The System to be constructed, installed, used, operated, and/or maintained pursuant to this Agreement is not to materially exceed in size or otherwise differ in the nature of the imposition placed on the Inalienable Property from that which is standard in the industry with respect to the provision of Information Services.
