Construction Means and Methods. The CM/GC shall be responsible for coordinating all portions of the Work under this Contract. He shall be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures, as well as for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work. He shall ensure that the foregoing activities are performed in compliance with the Contract Documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Trade Contractor is relieved of its responsibility for taking all reasonable and necessary steps to perform all Work consistent with the Contract Documents. Quality Control. Review the Work of Trade Contractors and Trade Suppliers for defects and deficiencies. Develop and implement a system, including appropriate quality control documentation, for ensuring that all such defects and deficiencies are corrected.
