Coordination of the Work. 3.1.4.1 Coordination. Establish with Trade Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors the on-Site organization and lines of authority in order to carry out the overall progress of the Work. Coordinate the Work of the Design-Builder under the Contract Documents with professional consultants retained by the Owner or the Program Manager.
Coordination of the Work. In accordance with the working conditions set forth in Schedule P, the ESCO shall consult with the personnel designated by the University in order to coordinate the work, including installation of any ECM, and to provide appropriate training in the operation of any ECM. The ESCO shall not permit any act which shall interfere with the performance of the University’s business activities at the Facility without the prior written approval of the University. The ESCO may install no ECM that shall require the hiring of additional personnel by the University unless specifically agreed to in writing by the University. The ESCO shall consult with the University regarding the coordination of the work with any other work being performed by other Companies at the Facility.

Coordination of the Work. 5.3.1 By entering into this contract, Contractor acknowledges that there may be other contractors on the site whose work will be coordinated with that of his own. Contractor expressly warrants and guarantees that he will cooperate with other contractors and will do nothing to delay, hinder or interfere with the work of other separate contractors, the Owner or Design Consultant. Contractor also expressly agrees that, in the event his work is hindered, delayed, interfered with or otherwise affected by a separate contractor, his sole remedy will be a direct action against the separate contractor as described in this Article 5. Contractor will have no remedy, and hereby expressly waives any remedy, against the Owner and/or the Design Consultant on account of delay, hindrance, interference or other event caused by a separate contractor. Coordination of the Work. The Contractor must: (i) appropriately and adequately coordinate and time the various portions of the Work to ensure that all Work is properly completed within the time(s) required under the Master Construction Schedule; and (ii) determine when completed or in-progress portions of the Work are sufficient and ready for subsequent portions of the Work. The Contractor must coordinate, time, and perform all portions of the Work so as to avoid and/or prevent any interference with any Work by Others. The Contractor must at all times furnish a sufficient number of workers to ensure that the Work is efficiently and timely undertaken and completed in accordance with the Master Construction Schedule. The Contractor shall permit the Work to be performed only by workers who are appropriately qualified and skilled in the work assigned to them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, apprentices may perform portions of the Work if enrolled in an appropriate apprenticeship program and appropriately supervised at all times during performance of such portions of the Work.
Coordination of the Work. 1. The Agency requires flexibility in the arrangements and methods for performing the work. The Contractor shall coordinate and work in good faith with the Contract Manager, so as not to interfere with or be interfered with, by other operations or trades at a work site.

The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures governing construction and for co-ordinating the various parts of the Work.
