Construction Methods. The Owner’s Representative or any other employee of the OWNER will not be responsible for or have control or charge of construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, except as mandated by the Contract Documents, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, and will not be responsible for the CONTRACTOR’s failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Owner’s Representative or any other employee of the OWNER will not be responsible for or have control or charge over the acts or omissions of the CONTRACTOR, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors, or any of their agents or employees, or any other persons performing any of the work.
