Construction Methods. 3.1 The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor and work for the furnishing, placement and removal of the required materials. 3.2 Prior to the start of construction, the Contractor shall submit a work plan to the Owner, in writing, which indicates a plan to proceed with the proposed work and designate areas of the site requiring concurrent occupation by the Contractor. Based on this plan, the Owner will designate discrete areas of the site where the Contractor can proceed with the proposed work. It is the intention of the Owner to limit work to discrete areas of the site to minimize disruption of general activities on the campus. The Contractor will not be permitted to move to a subsequent work area until all work in the previous work area, including clean-up and restoration, has been completed. 3.3 Contractor shall minimize disruption of traffic flow on all roadways and in parking lots during the execution of the proposed repairs.
