Construction of Demising Wall. Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall construct a demising wall between Suite 3400 and Suite 3550, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The purpose of the demising wall is to separate the Expansion Premises from the Original Premises.
