NON-SMOKING. All college-owned facilities are smoke-free facilities. Smoking is only permitted outside facilities.
NON-SMOKING. POLICY - For bidding purposes, contractors are advised that in light of the Navy's policy regarding smoke-free facilities, the entire vessel, topside and below decks, is to be considered a "No Smoking Area" unless otherwise indicated by shipboard policy.

Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

NON-SMOKING. This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & 4 filters and furniture. This type of clean-up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred.
NON-SMOKING. DRUG FREE UNIT ENTRY BY OWNER
NON-SMOKING. It is hereby understood that Tenant(s) agree(s) to a non-smoking environment in the above referenced property. Failure to abide may cause Tenant(s) to incur expenses such as, but not limited to, carpet replacement, window covering replacement, interior painting and/or wall-papering, and AC service (ductwork cleaning, etc.), which, if necessary, will be retained from security deposit
NON-SMOKING. The building is a non-smoking building. Tenant agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with Landlord in enforcing non-smoking areas for Tenant's employees outside and away from the Building.
