Construction of Facilities on Interconnection Customer Property. To the extent that the Interconnected Transmission Owner is required to construct and install any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities on land owned by the Interconnection Customer, the Interconnection Customer, at its sole cost and expense, shall legally transfer to the Interconnected Transmission Owner all easements and other land rights required pursuant to Section 5.1 above prior to the commencement of such construction and installation.
